AI Interaction Logs: We store the prompts you send to our AI Assistant to provide context for your session and to improve the accuracy of our 0DTE logic. We do not sell these logs.

Financial Data: We do not store credit card numbers. All payments are handled by third-party processors (e.g., Stripe).

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and protect the 0DTE Club platform.
  • To send you critical system updates or beta invitations.
  • To prevent botting, scraping, or unauthorized use of our proprietary data.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share data with:

  • Infrastructure Providers: Services like Google Cloud or AWS that host our servers.
  • AI Model Providers: When you use the AI Assistant, your prompts (stripped of personal IDs where possible) are processed by our LLM providers to generate your analysis.
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our legal rights in a dispute.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use functional cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your backtesting preferences. We do not use cross-site tracking or invasive advertising pixels.

5. Data Retention

Account Data: We keep your email and saved strategies as long as your account is active.

Backtest Logs: We periodically scrub or anonymize old backtest logs to maintain system performance.

As a California-based company, we respect your rights under the CCPA:

  • Right to Know: You can ask what data we have on you (usually just your email).
  • Right to Delete: You can request that we delete your account and all associated data at any time.
